Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In its original condition — unworn, unused, and with tags attached
In the original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@theobioncom.com to start your return. We'll provide a prepaid return label and instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods
Custom or personalized products
Personal care goods (opened)
Hazardous materials
Gift cards
Beauty & Wellness Devices: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all personal care and wellness devices (including facial tools, massagers, and similar devices) are non-returnable once opened or used. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or store credit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at support@theobioncom.com.
