At Theobioncom, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy from the date your order is delivered.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Your return request must include:

  • Your order number or other proof of purchase
  • The reason for the return
  • Clear photos, if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.

3. Important

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In their original condition
  • In the original packaging, where applicable

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Please note that returns must be processed using the return label we provide. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@theobioncom.com.
